There is a master switch for each bank of outputs to conserve energy, and in the in-built Master Power Point (MPPT) controller ensures the battery is charged optimally.

The Yeti can be charged in four different ways. AC Input, Car Charger, USB-C and Solar Panel. The AC charger is included with the unit, but other charging cords will need to be purchased separately. From flat, the unit can be fully charged within four hours.

Yeti camping power stations also include a smartphone app you can use to connect with and control the power station.
