Description

The Yeti 500X is super tough, super mobile power station you can take camping, or to work with you in the field.

The battery storage is would allow you to power low voltage devices for nearly a week, and some larger draw appliances like a camping fridge, for multiple days in good conditions.

There is a master switch for each bank of outputs to conserve energy, and in the in-built Master Power Point (MPPT) controller ensures the battery is charged optimally.

The Yeti can be charged in four different ways. AC Input, Car Charger, USB-C and Solar Panel. The AC charger is included with the unit, but other charging cords will need to be purchased separately. From flat, the unit can be fully charged within four hours.

Yeti camping power stations also include a smartphone app you can use to connect with and control the power station.

Yeti Power Station FAQs

Can you replace the battery in the Yeti power station?

No. It is not possible to replace the battery in a portable power station. If you want a product where you have the option to replace the battery then you should consider a battery box. They are similar in many ways and provide you with the capability of changing the battery at any time.

Does the Yeti include an inverter?

Yes. The Goal Zero Yeti 500X has a pure sine wave inverter built in, with 240v AC output available. It can discharge 300w at any one time, with the potential to discharge up to 1200w for very short bursts.

How long does it take to charge?

It takes about eight hours to charge the Yeti 500X using the AC wall charge and slightly longer using the other methods.
